Stage 1: Candidate Registration for Certificate Verification:
Candidates who get qualified in the entrance examination they are called for the counseling and the first step of counseling is registration. Qualified candidates must have to register themselves for the counseling as per their rank and merit.
Stage 2: Verification of Certificates:
After the successful registration applicants are required to appear for the Verification of Certificates. Candidates must have to bring their original as well as copies of certificates in support of name, resident, sex, category, date of birth etc.

Step 4: Exercising Options:
If aspirants are willing to change their option then he/ she can change it within the Exercising Options section. Candidates can change their options through online mode by using their unique user name and password.
Stage 6: Final Allotment of Seats:
On the basis of Merit List and Raking the candidates will get the seats in the particular college. This is last allotment and demand for transform will not be considered.
Stage 7: Payment of Fee:
After the final allotment of seats, applicants are needed to pay the fee for the suitable course through challan in the prescribed banks.
Stage 8: Reporting at College:
After the submission of fee, aspirants must have to report at the college on the prescribed date for the confirmation of admission. If candidates fail to report on the particular date then the allotment will be considered as cancelled and no further actions will be taken.

- Original and Xerox copy of 10th and 12th Passing Certificate

- Receipt of payment of fee
- 2-3 recent passport size colored photographs etc.
