against the recruitment of 43 Clerk jobs on Contract basis vacancies. The

Age
Limit – The candidates must be between the age
limit of 18 to 45 years. The relaxation in the age limit will be extended as
per Govt. Rules.
Educational
Qualification – The aspirants of the post must have
cleared 12th from any recognized Board and must also having typing
skill with speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi.
The candidates must also have Computer application knowledge like operating on
word processing and spreadsheet.
Selection
Process – The applicants will be shortlisted on the
basis of their performance in the Written Exam followed by the Personal
Interview.

Fee – The candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs.
75/- for reserved category candidates) as the
application fee in the form of
Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh
University, Shimla – 171 005 payable at Shimla. (No application charge for
Ex-Servicemen).
How
To Apply – The applicants can send their
application form in the prescribed format with latest photograph affixed and
along with copies of all requisite documents in an application cover containing
a self addressed envelope of 23 x 10 cm size with postage stamp worth Rs. 10/-
affixed on it. The application should be sent to Registrar, Recruitment Branch, H.P. University, Shimla-171005. The
application format available at office of the Deputy Registrar, Recruitment
Branch, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla – 171005 either personally on
payement of Rs. 100/- in cash or IPO of Rs. 100/- must be drawn in favour of Finance Officer, HPU, Shimla.
